Hello, I'm Lauren.


I'm a speech pathologist, chronic illness over-achiever and creator of Neuroplastic Fantastic.


 Here, we combine neuroscience, rehabilitation principles and lived experience to support recovery from chronic illness and persistent neuroplastic symptoms.


Through recovery coaching, speech pathology and online brain retraining sessions, I help people harness the fantastic power of neuroplasticity.

My "official" diagnoses included hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), and suspected Functional Neurological Disorder (FND); however I had over 40 different symptoms.  I now live completely symptom-free and keen to help others to achieve recovery.

Neuroplastic Fantastic offers a range of imaging services including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and ultrasounds.

No,  you do not need a referral for your 1:1 consultation or Talking Heads Program.  

Results are typically available within one to two business days. Your healthcare provider will receive the results and go over them with you during your follow-up appointment.
